Edit: Unfortunately I no longer have access to 3ds max, so there won't be any more new GTA4 mods (I got lazy on the last few). If you want a model and are able to convert it yourself, I can send a blend file with the model already resized and posed. I may still work on models for L4D2 randomly.
For many playermodels, I advise getting a trainer, some models (Homura) have different hair meshes. Some mission outfits rely on the base shoes and this results in clipping (biker/trash outfit clips with a lot of models' base shoes) and you'll probably want to be able to swap them out.
L4D2 notes: Madoka, Homura, and Ara are updated on the workshop, will upload standalone vpks at some point. Fixed weight painting error on GCDC Elesis's first person model.

Edit: As of Feb 7, 2022 - the main playerped archive is updated with the new head mesh (but it only replaces the main head mesh, no alternate expressions yet). If you downloaded the playermodel before that time, its still the old mesh. If there's any issues please let me know.
Note: I'm using the ENB Artstyle mod by MetalWarz here, I think it works really well for stylized models.
